Responsibilities
- Perform foot patrols of the hotel interior and perimeter to identify security and safety risks.
- Maintain order, assist guests, and respond to emergency conditions.
- Address policy violations and handle security and safety concerns.
- Monitor for suspicious individuals and conduct building walk-throughs.
- Respond to security and safety calls via telephone.
- Monitor security cameras for unusual activity and report findings.
- Memorize and monitor life safety systems, including building layout and emergency equipment.
- Comply with attendance rules and work availability requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires grasping, lifting, carrying, or moving persons, packages, luggage, wheelchairs, and safety equipment using manual dexterity.
