About the Role
The Programme Administrator will support the student journey by managing day-to-day administration for academic programmes. This role involves collaborating with academic teams and central services to ensure efficient processes, adherence to college regulations, and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for students, staff, and lecturers.
- Coordinate teaching and timetabling support, including arranging cover.
- Support student lifecycle processes such as inductions, timetables, assessments, and results.
- Manage assessment administration, including submission links, marking processes, and feedback delivery.
- Maintain and update student records and programme data systems.
- Support exam boards, reporting, and data analysis, including attendance and performance tracking.
- Manage programme documentation and SharePoint folders with version control.
- Support academic staff onboarding, inductions, and system access.
- Process HPL invoices and liaise with finance teams.
- Collaborate with Registry, timetabling, and the Student Hub to ensure a seamless student experience.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within student or programme administration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply processes, policies, and complex information accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with students and staff.
- Student-focused mindset with a professional and supportive approach.
- High attention to detail and a methodical work style.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
