About the Role

The Analyst Program provides structured training and a robust and challenging work experience. You will focus on making investments in middle-market companies in a team-oriented environment that values inclusion and work-life balance.

Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required
- All majors welcome but prefer candidates with demonstrated experience/interest in financial markets
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
