About the Role
ISS STOXX is seeking a Commission Analyst to ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions. This role offers early-career professionals hands-on experience with commission processes, financial data, and cross-functional collaboration within a global team.
Responsibilities
- Own and support quarterly commission calculations across multiple regions in partnership with the offshore Manila team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan rules.
- Analyze and validate complex sales and invoice data from systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
- Investigate and resolve commission inquiries, working directly with Sales and stakeholders to provide clear, timely resolutions.
- Prepare and deliver commission statements and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Payroll, and global teams to ensure data alignment and timely payments.
- Support new hires, leavers, and transfers, ensuring accurate commission eligibility and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1-4 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or other professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of business leaders
