About the Role
The Data & Services team at Mastercard provides cutting-edge services to help customers grow, focusing on end-to-end solutions driven by data and innovation. This role is accountable for the full P&L of the Advisors Consulting product across North America, ensuring its successful sales, delivery, and evolution.
Responsibilities
- Regional P&L ownership for the Advisors Consulting product across NAM
- Ensure the global product roadmap considers the regional point of view
- Ensure successful sales of the product through Mastercard’s regional executives and sales teams
- Maximize use of scalable product sets in the region
- Act as the regional link between sales and global product/delivery teams, and the regional Mastercard team
- Ensure flawless product delivery and maintain high standards in customer relationships
- Accountability for delivering top and bottom line success for the Advisors Consulting Product line across NAM
- Contribute to the development of the Advisors Consulting product road map
- Provide innovative leadership to evolve the product suite and drive future success
- Interface with Mastercard leadership across the regional organization to represent the suite of products
- Provide expert sales support and partner closely with the Sales team
- Act as a client-facing expert sales resource
- Develop and refine Delivery models for flawless and efficient Delivery
- Build strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels
- Ensure all critical KPIs are met or exceeded, including Regional Product P&L, Scalability, and Contribution to regional Mastercard goals
Requirements
- Track record of successfully managing a P&L
- Experience with payments consulting
- Experience influencing and negotiating with top executives
- Motivated by working in a flat hierarchy and making broad contributions
- Interest in solving problems through technology and software
- Experience with Product P&L management
- Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
- Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
- Interest in technology and desire to apply technology to solve problems
- Strong communicator and influencer
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
- Strong project management skills
- Previous top consulting background strongly preferred
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings
