About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, supportive, and well-equipped practice. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, supporting clients, and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance.
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
- Share skills and support the development of Medivet communities.
- Provide patient care within the clinic.
- Ensure exceptional care for clients, patients, and colleagues.
- Maintain the highest levels of regulatory and operational standards and compliance.
- Undertake 1 in 6 weekends at Medivet Dartford Hospital.
- Participate in bank holiday and on-call duties supporting the hospital team.
Requirements
- Qualified MRCVS.
- Passion for clinical excellence and client care.
- Team player.
- Desire to make a real difference in a supportive practice.

About the Company
- Medivet Welling is a busy first-opinion practice equipped with digital X-ray and ultrasound.
- The practice serves a loyal and growing client base.
- We work closely with our nearby 24-hour Medivet Dartford Hospital, providing access to advanced diagnostics, hospitalisation, and out-of-hours support.
- The team consists of a Veterinary Surgeon, Head Veterinary Nurse, Registered Veterinary Nurse, Veterinary Care Assistant, and Client Care Assistant.
