About the Role
This role provides executive administrative support to several senior Executives within the leadership team of the Health Division. It requires advanced administrative and project management support, demanding excellent judgment, time management, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Manages calendar and email requests, responding with appropriate urgency based on priorities.
- Professionally responds to meeting requests, processes requests, takes messages, and delegates appropriately.
- Manages all logistics and prepares agendas for internal and external meetings, partnering with staff and vendors for smooth execution.
- Obtains quality and timely briefing materials, including research and intelligence, for meetings.
- Ensures Executives receive all materials prior to meetings for efficient review.
- Manages schedule to allow sufficient time for strategic work, including research and analysis.
- Assists in special projects and supports coordination of PowerPoint presentations for strategy/market segments, mergers and acquisitions, and other leader presentations.
- Supports other Executive direct reports in their initiatives, including attendance at team meetings and adherence to deadlines.
- Helps to on-board new employees, as required.
- Manages all travel arrangements and ground logistics for Division Executives, focusing on cost-efficiency and seamless travel.
- Prepares and processes employee recognition awards, monthly expense reports, and time off tracking for Division Executives.
- Supports administration tied to direct reports.
- Manages outside vendor set up, billing, and payment codes, ensuring proper systems processing and budget adherence.
- Maintains paper and electronic files for Division Executives, complying with records retention policies.
- Organizes files for efficient retrieval.
- May provide mutual coverage for divisional Executive Assistants during peak times or vacations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires extensive knowledge of organization operations, procedures, and personnel.
- Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and enterprise systems.
- Experience in learning new technologies and managing large volumes of information and distribution lists.
- Experience with project support best practices and disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience requiring excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a large, matrixed environment is a huge plus.
- Ability to juggle time zones and work after hours as needed.
- Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary/Compensations
- $68,900.00 - $118,050.00 USD
