About the Role
The Product Manager, Experience Management, is a pivotal member of the global Marketing Technology team, overseeing the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the Litera Foundation Experience Management and Directory Submission platforms. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized features that deliver measurable results and drive platform adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the experience and submission technology stack.
- Translate business objectives into actionable backlogs, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Lead the delivery of new releases and enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between the global Marketing Technology team and business stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the technology stack.
- Identify and execute integration opportunities across the marketing technology ecosystem.
- Champion the Marketing Technology product portfolio and influence strategic investment decisions.
- Lead discovery, evaluation, and pilot programs for emerging marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with technology vendors to influence product roadmaps and evaluate new features.
- Adopt data governance frameworks to ensure marketing data is centralized and accessible.
- Develop and execute internal marketing strategies, training programs, and documentation to drive user adoption.
- Mentor team members on product management methodologies and platform capabilities.
- Lead onboarding programs for new team members.
- Continuously expand expertise in marketing technology, automation, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or ownership of marketing technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing systems, data architecture, and technology ecosystem integration.
- Ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience leading product releases, technology implementations, and change management initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in training, onboarding, and enabling users on new platforms.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
- Data storytelling and visualization skills.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Education Level
