About the Role
This role is designed for recent graduates, early-career analysts, or individuals seeking to start a data-focused career. As a Junior Data and Performance Analyst, you will learn how data shapes decisions, improves performance, and supports commercial growth within the Sales Insurance Services function. We are looking for potential, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in transforming data into meaningful insights.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and improvement of existing data products and reporting tools.
- Help plan, build, and implement new data products that respond to business needs.
- Work with colleagues and partners to understand data requirements and provide useful reporting support.
- Act as a key point of support for selected data products, helping the wider sales function access information and insight.
- Analyze trends, identify patterns, and present findings in a clear, engaging, and commercially useful way.
- Use data storytelling to help colleagues understand what the numbers are showing and what action could be taken.
- Contribute ideas, challenge existing approaches, and champion best practice and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a financial, mathematical, or analytical subject, such as Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
- A proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questions, learn, and find solutions.
- The ability to develop effective business relationships, communicate information clearly, and explain ideas understandably.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organization skills and the ability to deliver work to deadlines.
- An interest in using Agentic AI to improve and streamline processes.
- An interest in commercial performance, data insight, and how businesses use information to make decisions.
- Must reside in the UK.
- Must provide internet speed at the application stage.
- Satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check required prior to appointment.
