About the Role
Trilogy Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to practice with clinical autonomy, develop meaningful patient relationships, and grow within a collaborative organization. We trust our clinicians to evaluate patient needs, develop plans of care, and make thoughtful clinical decisions, supported by an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
- Provide skilled outpatient rehabilitation services
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical judgment
- Educate patients and families about their condition, recovery, and long-term health
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, other clinicians, referring providers, and community partners
- Complete documentation accurately and within expected timeframes
- Support patient engagement, retention, and plan-of-care completion
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and clinical collaboration
- Contribute ideas that strengthen patient care, clinic performance, and organizational growth
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful goals
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervising Physical Therapists and other team members
- Dependability, organization, and professional integrity
- Interest in ongoing clinical and professional development
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest in oncology rehabilitation is a plus
