As a Senior Principal Thermal Engineer-Data Center Solutions, you will design and validate advanced thermal solutions for our data center customers. You will define system-level thermal strategy, develop next-generation cooling technologies, and deliver reliable air- and liquid-cooled designs. Responsibilities
- Design and validate advanced thermal solutions for data center customers.
- Define system-level thermal strategy.
- Develop next-generation cooling technologies.
- Deliver reliable air- and liquid-cooled designs.
- Conduct analysis, feasibility studies, and testing of thermal products, instruments, subassemblies, and packaging for new and existing products.
- Oversee the introduction of design changes to manufacturing organizations.
Requirements
- Senior Principal level experience in Thermal Engineering.
- Experience with data center solutions.
- Expertise in designing and validating advanced thermal solutions.
- Ability to define system-level thermal strategy.
- Experience developing next-generation cooling technologies.
- Proficiency in delivering reliable air- and liquid-cooled designs.
- Experience conducting analysis, feasibility studies, and testing of thermal products, instruments, subassemblies, and packaging.
- Experience overseeing the introduction of design changes to manufacturing organizations.
