Responsibilities
- Support the Chef in the execution of daily activities defined for our client contract regarding all food service offerings and the a la carte menu.
- Prepare general food production, cooking, and serving.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
- Follow Sodexo programs: Food Safety, Health and Safety, Policies and Procedures, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Must possess your Food Safety Certificate.
- All employees are required to work every other weekend.
- Open availability is preferred.
