About the Role
Sales Ambassadors are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships, contribute to shop excellence, and consistently surpass sales goals while creating an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by identifying needs through active listening.
- Demonstrate product benefits and features to customers.
- Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying, vegetarian products, and fighting animal testing.
- Host store parties and community initiatives to drive traffic.
- Continually expand product knowledge regarding ingredients and benefits.
- Utilize company resources to develop sales techniques and performance.
- Foster an inclusive environment by valuing diverse perspectives and promoting teamwork.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Adjust product displays based on sales to improve customer experience.
- Adhere to company standards for opening, closing, product integrity, and health and safety.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates under 18 will be employed via the Lush Youth Employment Program.
