About the Role

In this role, you will support our Legal, Risk & Compliance team with a central project focused on the further development and professionalization of BIT Capital. You will help us digitize our contract management, transfer contract data with the highest precision into a new system, and ensure the quality of AI-generated data.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of our contract inventory into a new contract management system.
• Review and validate AI-prefilled contract data and ensure its quality.
• Transfer and structure contract and master data with the highest accuracy.
• Ensure error-free data quality when working with sensitive contract and institutional data.
• Support the Legal, Risk & Compliance team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to contract management.

Requirements

• Studying law or a comparable legal degree.
• Work extremely carefully, structured, and maintain attention to detail even with repetitive tasks.
• Enjoy precise, diligent work and work conscientiously even with large amounts of data.
• Good German language skills (at least B2) and solid English language skills.
• Proficient in using digital tools.
• First experience with AI applications or contract management is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You are not looking for an internship with predominantly strategic or advisory legal activities.
• You do not prefer to work quickly over carefully; accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail are prioritized over speed.
