About the Role

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking an Armed Security Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers upward mobility, training, and promotion opportunities within a veteran-owned, nationwide security company.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control duties.
• Investigate and report potential safety hazards.
• Conduct patrols in a company-marked vehicle, if driving history permits.
• Perform foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe activities.
• Deter theft and vandalism.
• Ensure a safe and professional work environment for clients and personnel.
• Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Candidates must provide body armor, including tactical outer carrier, concealed inner carrier, 3a+ soft armor, duty belt with MOLLE attachments, OC spray, handcuffs, and baton.
• Provide own duty weapon with at least 2 spare magazines.
• Must have an exemplary driving history, free of tickets, accidents, or marks against the driver's license, to be eligible for vehicle patrols.

• $19 - $21 per hour
