About the Role
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group’s events in Europe and beyond. Working across our Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Experiential Tech Events, this role will be a fundamental part in establishing key brands in Europe and Asia as we build a strong portfolio in this geography.
Responsibilities
- Executing on messaging/marketing for audience conversion with support from the Marketing Director (copywriting, email marketing, website UX, third-party associations/barters/media brands, advocacy marketing, PR, etc.)
- Working with the internal design team to ensure all marketing communications on all platforms are in alignment with brand positioning.
- Working with the COE (Centre of Excellence) performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
- Producing data analysis of marketing campaigns for strategic growth of events, conferences and award programs, including benchmarking for attendees and revenues.
- Working with the Marketing Director on campaign schedules and plans, including collaborating with content and production to align campaign milestones.
- Working with the sales team by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations that help them meet their sales objectives, including supporting the sales team with projects, programs, sponsorships and email campaigns.
- Aiding sales retention and audience engagement through supporting the fulfillment of sponsor contracts.
- Traveling and attending events and/or meetings as required.
Requirements
- Proven project management and excellent time management skills are required.
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools and processes, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.
