About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in the timely and successful execution of the group’s events in Europe and beyond. Working across our Life Sciences & Healthcare, and Experiential Tech Events, this role will be a fundamental part in establishing key brands in Europe and Asia as we build a strong portfolio in this geography.
Responsibilities
- Supports audience and digital marketing managers in execution of campaigns and activities across events and audience engagement.
- Updates websites with the latest content and copy, ensuring optimization for UX and conversion.
- Sets up, tests, and executes segmented emails, social media, advocacy marketing, and referrals.
- Works with the internal design team to ensure marketing communications align with brand positioning.
- Collaborates with the COE performance marketing team to achieve best practice marketing.
- Aids sales retention and audience engagement by supporting the fulfillment of sponsor contracts across various platforms.
- Travels and attends events and/or meetings as required.
Requirements
- Proven project management and excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail; diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, highly motivated team player.
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment while managing numerous projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship.
