About the Role
Questex is seeking a Conference Producer to work on our Fierce Life Sciences & Healthcare and StreamTV event portfolios. This role involves researching industry trends, recruiting speakers, curating content, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional attendee experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the life sciences, healthcare, and tech sectors, or the streaming television industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trending topics for conference agendas.
- Cultivate relationships with subject matter experts and recruit industry leaders as speakers, advisory board members, and advocates.
- Work with speakers to develop content and oversee program aspects throughout their lifecycle.
- Inform marketing strategy and develop messaging and materials for websites, emails, and social media.
- Partner with the sales team to identify potential sponsors and support sponsor speaker onboarding.
- Collaborate with event partners to develop and execute pre-event workshops, summits, and other content-driven programming.
- Develop and create advertorial content for webinars, podcasts, white papers, and other products with clients/internal colleagues.
- Manage speaker communications, deadlines, and deliverables for a seamless speaker experience and successful onsite execution.
- Travel to conferences to manage and provide onsite support in a professional, customer-service-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience required.
- Strong project management skills and work ethic needed to lead proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines by employing strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Comfortable networking with senior executives and representing Questex at industry events.
- Must be authorized to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in the future.
Skills

- Interest in emerging technologies in streaming media and the television industry.
- Ability to identify emerging industry trends and translate them into commercially successful conference programs.
