About the Role
As a PhD Intern, you will collaborate with experienced researchers and applied scientists on challenges related to scaling AI methods across SAP's business software portfolio. You will work with rich datasets to address impactful customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Perform state-of-the-art research on how LLM-based Agents access Enterprise Data at scale using Knowledge Graphs.
- Publish research results and contribute to research applicable to SAP product development.
- Collaborate with academic researchers and cross-functional partners, communicating research plans, progress, and results.
Requirements
- PhD student at least in your second year or PostDocs, specializing in Knowledge Graphs, agentic AI, QA systems, and knowledge retrieval.
- Strong publication record in recognized ML/NLP conferences or journals (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS).
- Proficient in PyTorch and Python.
- Good understanding of statistical analysis and shell programming.
- Fluent in English.
