About the Role
The Associate Manager, Finance & Reporting, serves as a key financial and technical resource for the Workplace Solutions and Canada Operations and Business Enablement Expense Management team. This role is responsible for developing financial models and tools to support the expense budget and other financial initiatives, providing senior management with the necessary information and analysis to manage business operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update Power BI dashboards to provide insightful information to management on FTE & expenses for Workplace Solutions
- Coordinate and manage the annual expense budget process including development and maintenance of budget models, built in assumptions, and expense targets
- Oversee the reporting and analysis of expense variances and re-projections on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement ideas; implement improvements and provide training to colleagues
- Project work analyzing expense impacts on changes
- Management and quarterly reporting of expense allocations
- Presentation of expense information and insights to management, including senior management
Requirements
- Professional accounting designation and/or a minimum of five years of related experience
- Proven Power BI and database management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Proficiency in MS Access an asset
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills

- $75,600 - $125,600 annually
