About the Role
Join our clinic and strengthen our team starting October 1, 2026, for a limited full-time position as a Dual Study Digital Health Management (B.Sc.) (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
- Support projects for digital transformation and the further development of our care processes.
- Support our diverse quality management tasks.
- Participate in the administration of our operational organization software 'orgavision'.
- Contribute to the analysis and optimization of hospital processes.
- Gain insights into the use of digital technologies, data management, and information systems in healthcare.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative process solutions.
Requirements
- Admission to the dual bachelor's program Digital Health Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR).
- Interest in the intersection of healthcare, digitalization, and business.
- General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife).
- Professionally qualified individuals with completed vocational training and relevant work experience are also welcome and may access the program through alternative pathways.
- Enthusiasm for modern technologies, digital solutions, and innovative developments in healthcare.
- Interest in economic contexts, organizational processes, and the design of efficient workflows.
- High sense of responsibility, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, open communication, and collaboration with diverse professional groups.
- Desire to actively shape the digital transformation in healthcare and develop new ideas for modern patient care.

- 1st year of training: €1,288.15 monthly
