Build internal tools that make our business run more efficiently using AI-powered development tools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys figuring out problems, writing effective prompts, and turning ideas into working applications.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered development tools to create software for employees, including internal web applications, dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automations, business process improvements, forms, portals, AI-powered assistants, scripts, integrations, internal databases, and utilities.
• Spend most of your time using modern AI development tools to build solutions, not writing thousands of lines of code from scratch.
• Turn ideas into working tools quickly.
• Use AI to accelerate development.
• Improve internal business processes.
• Learn new technologies as AI evolves.
• Build software employees actually enjoy using.

Requirements

• Experience using AI tools to build projects.
• Strong prompting skills.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good communication skills.
• Interest in improving business operations through technology.
• Do not need to be an expert software engineer.
