About the Role

Join our team as a Service Technician in Tonawanda, NY, where your hands-on skills will directly impact resident satisfaction in a 504-unit community. This role requires strong HVAC and plumbing experience, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Maintain interior and exterior areas according to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and work orders.
  • Communicate with residents and staff regarding repairs and follow-up.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and community upkeep.

Requirements

  • Active, valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
