About the Role
We are seeking a growth marketer to own and expand customer retention and CRM initiatives. This role offers a significant opportunity within an established, fast-growing DTC brand with a loyal global community and strong creative identity. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, building the roadmap, and implementing a test-and-learn approach to drive measurable commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the email & SMS program in Klaviyo, including building and reporting on lifecycle flows and the weekly campaign calendar.
- Develop the CRM/retention roadmap and customer segmentation across the full post-purchase journey.
- Plan and execute A/B tests on creative, offers, subject lines, and send times, reporting against retention KPIs.
- Own retention reporting, including repeat purchase rate, customer LTV, churn, and email/SMS revenue, and share insights with the wider Ecommerce team.
Requirements
- Demonstrable evidence of sharp thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a bias to action.
- A structured, hypothesis-led approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to form a view, test it, analyze data honestly, and iterate.
- Self-starter mentality with a desire for channel ownership in a fast-paced team.
- Enthusiasm for learning a channel end-to-end.
- Strong copy and creative judgment; ability to take ideas from concept to live test independently across email and SMS.
Skills
- Klaviyo expertise (or comparable ESP) for building flows, segments, and campaigns.
- Confidence with retention metrics such as LTV, repeat purchase rate, churn, and cohort analysis.
- Demonstrable record of growing repeat purchase rate and CRM-driven revenue.
- Commercial and analytical mindset.
- Loyalty or subscription experience (nice to have).
- Clear test-and-learn examples with evidence of uplift achieved (nice to have).
