About the Role
Manage ads strategy across franchises within a set portfolio of Enterprise Restaurant accounts, driving growth and adoption of our ads and promotions offering. This role involves developing new business, growing existing business, and collaborating cross-functionally with account management, marketing, analytics, and product teams to innovate future approaches and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be a key builder in our DoorDash Ads & Promos Franchise team.
- Thrive in a high velocity, ambiguous environment with a significant focus on prospecting, contact mapping, pipeline management, and client meetings.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, selling, executing campaigns, reporting, and upsell.
- Grow revenue with existing clients and prospect/build relationships with net-new decision makers.
- Help drive the strategy and create playbooks for expanding Ads and Promos across Enterprise Rx Franchisees.
- Work with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute strategies with Corporate restaurant brands that educate franchisees and drive investment in DoorDash Ads and Promos.
- Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale of the team and business.
- Thrive in a scrappy, ambiguous environment and develop new tactics and processes.
Requirements
- Consultative seller with 3-5 years of experience in technology sales.
- Digital media experience preferred.
- Expertise in using data and insights to inform recommendations rooted in advertiser objectives and business priorities.
- Knowledge of digital ads measurement, from attribution to funnel metrics.
- Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience operating across several levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to diligently manage a sales pipeline.
- Ability to juggle both short- and mid-term impact.
- Experience working directly with restaurant advertisers or similar is a plus.
