About the Role
Partner with senior sales executives to address strategic topics, drive revenue growth, and improve sales productivity and customer value. Lead and scale operational and planning processes, such as building sales territories and setting sales targets, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide recommendations on strategic projects shaping LinkedIn’s go-to-market model.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and implement go-to-market model recommendations.
- Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations, including forecasting, customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, and quota setting.
- Shape and streamline business processes and operations using AI/GenAI based models.
- Track business performance, conduct data analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership on forecasting.
- Lead operational processes for the sales organization, including quota management, territory allocation, audits, and report/dashboard development.
- Establish strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners.
- Travel approximately 1-2 trips per year for events like annual company kick-offs and off-sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance, or an analytical/operational role.
- 1+ year of experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
- 1+ year of experience with SQL.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical role (preferred).
- Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence and drive sound decision-making.
- Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives.
- Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI models and tools.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high-priority strategic initiatives.
