Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and lead a small central team and freelance Official Hosts
- Identify and secure prime slots at football venues
- Engage in creative sales and marketing to introduce customers to the platform
- Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Leverage support from the Singapore headquarters operations and technology team
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong connection to the local football scene
- Business background, ideally in management and customer service
- Entrepreneurial background or spirit
- Commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand
