About the Role

CBTR is seeking an ambitious Senior Contract Recruiter to own and scale its contract desk within Cloud and Technology markets. This role offers the opportunity to build a desk with a target of £30k+ MGP, leveraging an established AWS Premier Partner's client base and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a contract desk within CBTR, operating as a business within a business with a clear target of £30k+ MGP.
• Win new contract business and convert existing Cloud Bridge consulting accounts into recurring contractor placements.
• Build deep contractor pipelines across Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, FinOps, Data, AI and Security.
• Leverage Cloud Bridge's established AWS Premier Partner customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and consulting team for warm introductions and market intel.
• Maximise extensions and expand accounts by nurturing client relationships to drive repeat revenue and compounding MGP growth.
• Contribute to strategy, develop new markets (including Europe), and grow into a leadership role as the function scales.

Requirements

• Proven agency recruitment experience in technology, cloud, or infrastructure markets (permanent or contract).
• Consistent billing track record as a top performer.
• Demonstrable BD ability to open doors, build relationships, and win business.
• Hunger to scale a desk to £30k+ MGP and beyond.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and build.
