About the Role
This role involves various internal administrative tasks, including data entry, management, and analysis, as well as supporting business operations and planning/executing internal events. The position offers the opportunity to gain experience in project execution and enhance internal communication.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, management, aggregation, and analysis using Excel and internal systems.
- Business support, including report extraction and sales assistance.
- Planning, operation, and execution of internal events.
- Departmental task management and meeting facilitation.
- Contributing to various internal tasks and departmental projects.
- Strengthening internal communication through involvement in internal events.
- Leveraging individual strengths in work assignments.
- Document creation (PowerPoint/Word).
- Coordination with stakeholders and project promotion.
- Proposing business improvements based on skills and inclinations.
- Team leadership and member support based on aptitude.
Requirements
- Basic PC skills (Excel: data entry, basic functions; PowerPoint: document creation).
- Basic business skills (reporting, schedule management, teamwork).
- Demonstrated work experience and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Must not have significant communication challenges.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data analysis and aggregation (preferred).
- Event planning and operation experience (preferred).
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Team leadership or junior staff mentoring experience (preferred).
- Experience in business improvement or process efficiency (preferred).
