About the Role

Continental Automotive Group is seeking a world-class IT Specialist to serve as the foundation of IT support across all locations. This role involves ensuring employees have the necessary technology to perform their jobs, resolving technical issues, and maintaining systems while working within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Set and accomplish personal and professional SMART goals
• Study and obtain certifications
• Create, update, and close tickets using the ticketing system
• Answer and use chat and phone systems
• Perform remote sessions on computers
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Move workstations and manage cables
• Setup and maintain audio/video solutions
• Install, update and troubleshoot applications on end user computers
• Perform hardware upgrades and manage repairs through 3rd party providers
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues

Requirements

• Understand and adhere to the 3 CAG Core values
• Exceptional customer service, communication and discipline skills
• Highly engaged and interested in growing in an IT career
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Available 40 hours per week minimum
• Available to work daily from 6:00am or until 8:00pm
• Ability to lift 50 lbs to chest height
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Ability to kneel under desks
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
• Must be at least 18 years of age
