About the Role
As an IT Specialist, your day consists of ensuring our employees have the technology they need to do their jobs to their fullest potential while quickly resolving beginner and intermediate technical issues they encounter. You will be the first stop for communicating, troubleshooting, installing and maintaining our technical systems while working closely with great IT team to ensure we are delivering a world-class IT product to our organization. We are a high-performing team supporting high-performing teams and the ideal candidate would be highly motivated, disciplined and a master problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Set and accomplish personal and professional SMART goals
- Study and obtain certifications / read and grow personally and professionally
- Create, update, and close tickets using our ticketing system
- Answer and use chat and phone systems
- Perform remote sessions on computers
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Move workstations and manage cables
- Setup and maintain audio/video solutions
- Install, update and troubleshoot applications on end user computers
- Perform hardware upgrades and manage repairs through 3rd party providers
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
Requirements
- Understand and adhere to the 3 CAG Core values

- Highly engaged and interested in growing in an IT career
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Reliable transportation
- Available 40 hours per week minimum
- Available to work daily from 6:00am or until 8:00pm
- Ability to lift 50 lbs to chest height
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Ability to kneel under desks
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
