About the Role

Our Commercial team shapes how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. We are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our London team in a hybrid role, helping to develop and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts using data-driven insights to solve workplace problems, retain revenue, and accelerate market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Nurture high-value corporate accounts across the UK, building deep relationships with decision-makers while tracking key usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention.
- Translate commercial data and client behavior insights into tailored account expansion strategies, uncovering growth levers that influence our broader UK B2B roadmap.
- Develop deep product expertise to advise corporate clients on platform best practices, proactively troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Serve as the primary trusted partner across your portfolio, aligning communication style to secure executive buy-in, resolve challenges swiftly, and unlock new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Global Commercial teams to champion your portfolio's needs, while leading strategic projects from definition to execution to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and expanding corporate client portfolios, with a strong focus on relationship management and driving revenue growth.
- Confident working with large datasets and translating complex metrics into actionable commercial strategies and structured account plans.
- Strong capability to work autonomously, take full accountability for business performance, and drive high-impact client engagement.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to interface with and influence corporate decision-makers at all levels.
- Solutions-focused mindset with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
