About the Role

The Fountainhead Group is seeking a motivated Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, commercialization, and performance across consumer and professional markets. This role acts as the business owner for assigned product lines, driving strategy, managing lifecycles, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering valuable products that support long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead new product development from concept through commercialization.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage assigned product portfolios, including pricing, profitability, and lifecycle performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch and support new products.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer by conducting market research and translating findings into actionable product strategies.
• Support sales initiatives through product expertise and customer presentations.
• Manage relationships with assigned licensing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven success leading new product development and commercialization efforts.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business planning skills.
• Experience managing product portfolios and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
