About the Role
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to split time between their Mueller and 38th Street clinics. These clinics specialize in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including chronic, acute, post-operative care, and sports rehabilitation, within a thriving clinic culture. As part of a team, you will help patients achieve their individual care plan goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source.
- Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports.
- Ensure medical orders are accurately transcribed and processed.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Instruct and counsel patients and their families as needed.
Requirements
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
- Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.
