About the Role

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to split time between their Mueller and 38th Street clinics. These clinics specialize in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions, including chronic, acute, post-operative care, and sports rehabilitation, within a thriving clinic culture. As part of a team, you will help patients achieve their individual care plan goals.

Responsibilities

Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source.
Interpret assessment and diagnostic data, including medical notes and surgery reports.
Ensure medical orders are accurately transcribed and processed.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Instruct and counsel patients and their families as needed.

Requirements

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment is required.
