Requirements
- Admitted to the roll of solicitors
- 4+ years post qualification experience
- Experience with letters of credit and bills of exchange
- Experience with credit and non-payment risk insurance
- Experience with electronic shipping and trade documentation
- Experience with borrowing base and reserve based lending structures
- Experience with export credit arrangements
- Experience with pre-payment and limited recourse financing
- Experience with receivables finance
- Experience with transfer of receivables and forfaiting
- Experience with silent payment guarantees and independent payment undertakings
- Experience with oils, gas, metals, and soft commodities
