About the Role
The electrical foreman is a critical leadership role with a significant impact on project success, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Foremen have access to innovative technologies and receive customized training at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assigned scope, including material and manpower management, in close collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
- Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
- Utilize technology, such as company-provided iPad and smartphone, to ensure timely project completion and exceed customer expectations.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
Requirements
- Progressive electrical leaders who enjoy using technology and desire a clear career path.
- Skilled field supervisor with at least five (5) years of experience managing scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
- Must possess an active journeyman or master electrician license.
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
- Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
