About the Role
This role serves as a strategic marketing leader and K-12 subject matter expert, owning the full marketing funnel for K-12 education products across North America. You will shape the K-12 marketing strategy, translate complex educational challenges into value propositions, and lead go-to-market planning for new launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing funnel from awareness through retention for K-12 products and services
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches including messaging, positioning, and channel strategy
- Develop audience-specific messaging frameworks for district leadership teams
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, and webinars
- Collaborate with Sales to develop enablement materials for K-12 finance and operations buyers
- Create compelling content such as case studies, thought leadership, and impact stories
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to adjust strategy based on data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management or lead capacity
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in K-12
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of the K-12 sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
- Experience using AI tools in a professional marketing context is a plus

Salary/Compensations
- OTE USD: $60,000 – $76,000
- Base USD: $54,500 – $69,000
- Variable: 10%
- OTE CAD: $82,500 – $104,500
- Base CAD: $75,000 – $95,000
