Responsibilities
- Prepare bi-weekly and monthly sales reports through detailed analysis of company targets and market activity.
- Develop pricing models and promotional plans in collaboration with the Product Manager for Key Account Executives.
- Serve as the main contact for Regional Sales Managers regarding promotional pricing to achieve profitable mix and increase flyer exposure.
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify performance gaps and strategically target sales goals.
- Monitor production, shipping schedules, and logistics.
- Prepare and execute new product launch processes.
- Analyze competition and support merchandising planning.
- Analyze market share and in-store share, identifying competitive issues through store visits and market intelligence.
- Correspond with the factory and HQ division to support product and marketing communications.
- Maintain system data (Product net) to ensure accurate product information.
- Support new product introduction events, industry shows, and training events.
- Assist the Marketing Team in producing marketing materials, tools, and training modules.
- Support Supply Chain Management by analyzing PSI by model and identifying issues.
- Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials, coordinating information flow internally and externally.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Sales/marketing or product management experience preferred.
- Experience driving projects, managing and building relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience building team spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct communication with Key Account Managers and Customers.
- Experience with launching new products, leading and providing direction to cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, factory).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- It is the candidate’s sole responsibility to obtain any work permits/visas or other authorizations which may be required to legally work in Canada prior to commencing employment.
