About the Role
As a Lead Vault Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring that Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment, and money to service clients safely and efficiently. You will manage the check-in and check-out of routes, custody of liability, paperwork, and equipment, including handheld scanners and data entry devices. This role may require performing Armored Truck Driver and/or Crew Leader responsibilities based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive correct orders, schedules, equipment, and money for client servicing.
- Manage check-in and check-out of routes.
- Manage custody of liability, paperwork, and equipment, including handheld scanners and data entry devices.
- Perform Armored Truck Driver and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Must possess all required driver's licenses and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Must have a high school diploma/general equivalency diploma or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication in English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
- Must be able to give clear oral and written instructions.
- Must have the ability to train.
