About the Role

We are seeking dedicated drivers to support our life-saving mission by ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and takedown of mobile blood drives. You will be responsible for the transport of blood and blood products, building relationships with hospital and vendor staff, and managing weather-related driving challenges.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and take down mobile blood drives.
• Safely transport and deliver blood and blood products from drives.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, donors, and team members.
• Build strong partnerships and relationships with hospitals, drive sponsors, and staff.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for donors while ensuring safety procedures are adhered to.
• Tackle additional tasks as they come up to support the team during the drive.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of truck or bus driving experience.
• A valid/clean driver’s license.
• Ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Demonstrated experience driving a straight truck, cargo van, and non-CDL bus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Accurately follow instructions.
• Provide all commercial driving positions held within the past ten years if any.
