About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and external personnel service providers to further develop existing processes and contribute to efficiently and sustainably meeting operational personnel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Steering temporary employment for FlixTrain in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners
• Acquiring and supporting qualified driving personnel through personnel service providers
• Managing the recruitment process, including qualification management
• Developing and optimizing processes to ensure personnel requirements are met
• Building and maintaining partnerships with temporary employment agencies and service providers
• Negotiating framework agreements and conditions, and reviewing relevant documents
• Coordinating between internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements

• Several years of experience in temporary employment, HR, or partner management
• Experience collaborating with personnel service providers or external partners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
• Very good German and English language skills
• Completed degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field is desirable
