About the Role
DK Technology is seeking a Digital Workspace Assistant to support core digital tools and enhance the employee experience. This role offers career growth in technology, exposure to global teams, and insight into how digital systems support publishing.
Responsibilities
- Support key workplace platforms.
- Assist with digital projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.
- Troubleshoot user queries.
- Support system updates and user adoption.
- Support content management and publishing automation tools.
- Resolve issues, maintain system updates, and improve platform operations.
- Ensure technology is used effectively across the business.
- Create guides and training materials for tool adoption and best practices.
Requirements
- Enjoy helping others, learning new systems, and keeping things organised.
- Basic understanding of workflows.
- Genuine interest in how digital tools can improve business operations.
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical information clearly.
- Able to manage workload carefully.
- Able to build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- Experience using a project management tool such as Asana.
- A technology-based qualification, a tech-related degree, or experience in tech support / IT support.
- A basic understanding of workflows and digital processes.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.
