About the Role
Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join their UK office in London. This role focuses on driving growth and optimizing the largest enterprise accounts by increasing store coverage and reducing food waste. You will strengthen partner relationships, lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, and drive innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and optimisation of the largest and most strategically important enterprise Accounts.
- Increase footprint (active stores) across all sites within a partner's portfolio.
- Save more food from being wasted (bags saved).
- Strengthen and grow partner relationships.
- Directly own complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Drive innovative solutions forward at pace.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Set best in class examples of collaboration with partners to help them reduce food waste.
- Set strategic direction across partners.
- Collaborate with Key Account Store Operations Team, Marketing and global commercial functions.
- Support ongoing Key Account excellence.
- Act as a senior role model, coaching and mentoring Key Account Managers.
- Prioritise and manage own portfolio of largest and most strategic partners.
- Develop strategies to grow revenue by increasing store coverage and reducing waste.
- Create tailored, joint business and marketing plans.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Map out champions and influence decision makers.
- Act as the internal voice for partners.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership, Operations and Marketing teams to maximise joint growth opportunities.
- Align with the Head of Key Accounts and the Country Director on account strategy, performance and escalations.
- Keep internal pipeline management and target tracking tools up to date.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly revenue opportunities.
- Create financial projections to flag risks and devise mitigation plans.
- Understand wider company strategy and ongoing product development.
- Deeply understand partner's needs and map value drivers against Too Good To Go's product suite.
- Surface insights leading to operational store improvements and growth opportunities.
- Present ideas and gain Head Office buy-in using presentation skills and storytelling.
- Upskill to become a food waste expert.
- Embed the importance of food waste reduction with partners.
- Reinforce credibility as a strategic partner.
- Independently search for new opportunities.
- Learn about businesses in depth.
- Map key stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.
- Act as a coach and mentor to other Key Account Managers.
- Share best practice and account strategy expertise.
- Support the Team Lead with the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
