About the Role
The Legal & Procurement department is responsible for the foundation's legal affairs, including drafting contracts and clarifying copyrights, as well as managing procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Support in processing procurement procedures and their material and inventory management (office furnishings, office supplies, consumables). This includes: research, orders, complaints, and provision of materials.
- Assist in maintaining the budget, filing documents, and inventory control, as well as stocking office supplies and consumables.
- Support in processing procurement applications, primarily involving: pre-sorting procurement applications, assigning procurement numbers, and digitizing procurement applications.
- Support in creating forms questionnaires for material orders, catering, procurements, and relevant information for conducting tender procedures.
Requirements
- Enrolled at a university.
- Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in an administrative work environment, demonstrating reliability, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of administrative, procurement, or organizational processes is advantageous.
- Affinity for numbers and careful handling of data, documents, budgets, and inventory data.
- Strong quality awareness and a structured, independent way of working.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as initiative, complete your profile.
