About the Role
Kepler is seeking a growth-oriented and data-driven Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics (DS&A) to support its mission of executing engineered marketing. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem, exceptional data acumen, and the ability to translate complex analytics and insights into strategic opportunities. You’ll have opportunities to build knowledge and expertise in specific solutions across analytics, measurement, and advertising technology, as well as opportunities to teach and mentor analysts and peers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to develop actionable, data-driven narratives grounded in client business reality and brand objectives.
- Support DS&A leadership and work with peers to contribute to client measurement roadmaps.
- Design and execute tests to quantify marketing campaign impact using advanced statistical techniques and platform partners.
- Develop, manage, and execute custom analyses to uncover insights for media optimizations and strategic client recommendations.
- Advance client-specific measurement programs and create new solutions.
- Transform complex analytics findings into client-ready narratives.
- Own the full data tech stack for client teams, ensuring accurate data feeds into Kepler tools and visualization platforms.
- Grow the collective knowledge of the DS&A department by presenting learnings and providing feedback on tools.
- Become an expert on clients’ tech stacks and data asset integration for targeting and measurement.
- Manage 1 or more Analysts/Senior Analysts and contribute to Kepler culture.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience working with data for major digital media platforms across various digital channels.
- Hands-on experience using data clean rooms for measurement and insights.
- Proven success communicating complex insights and analytics to clients and establishing direct relationships.
- Experience with advanced analytics and modeling, and the design and execution of media tests.
- Comfort with modern marketing data infrastructure and understanding data’s downstream impact.
- Familiarity with adtech’s influence on targeting and measurement.
- Appetite for learning new technologies and building solutions.
- Experience managing a team of 2+ direct reports.
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills, including prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($4,500 - $5,500)
- Target Total Cash: $94,500 - $115,500
