About the Role

The Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and analysis of operational data within ABM and TRAX platforms. This position serves as the primary point of contact for system oversight, reporting, data integrity, mobile device management, and operational analytics. The role supports leadership teams by providing actionable data insights, monitoring cleaning performance and inspection trends, and ensuring system functionality to support daily airport operations. Responsibilities also include assisting with account-level technology issues and supporting dispatch reporting and communications.
