About the Role

Punch Bowl Social is seeking an Assistant General Manager to protect and project the unique, special, and disruptive attributes of the brand. This role requires a passion for hospitality, culinary integrity, and craft beverages, ensuring an awe-inspiring experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention and service.
• Host guests and create memorable experiences.
• Uphold and manage all brand standards.
• Manage Punch Bowl Social efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure quality in service, both in production and execution.
• Assist in oversight of 100+ employees.
• Assist in all functional areas of operations management.
• Assist in financial reporting, evaluation, and analysis.
• Utilize all available data/resources to understand and report on applicable store performance.
• Assist in personnel training, maintenance, and all HR issues.
• Provide coaching, counseling, appropriate documentation, and employee development for all staff.
• Oversee and maintain all in-house cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old and over.
• Ability to work a schedule consistent with restaurant/bar volume.
• Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to six (6) hours.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and have a good sense of balance.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
