We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best fit their needs and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance capabilities
- Maintain strong product knowledge of current and upcoming vehicle models
- Build positive relationships with customers to create a professional sales experience
- Complete and process sales-related paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper handling and protection of sensitive customer and financial information
- Follow dealership policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality procedures
- Communicate effectively with management, finance departments, and service teams
- Maintain showroom appearance and vehicle presentation standards
- Meet individual and team sales goals
Requirements
