About the Role

Mastercard Identity, within the Security Solutions organization, leads the development of products and services that enable global commerce, power financial inclusion, prevent crime, and make seamless experiences possible. This role will focus on Agentic Trust, a partnership-driven model critical to success. The role advances the Agentic Trust partner and innovation operating model by managing partner engagements, leading Proof of Concepts (POCs), tracking portfolio status, coordinating cross-functional execution, capturing learnings, developing scalable processes, and enabling market adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordination point for strategic Agentic Trust partners.
  • Manage partner onboarding, engagement plans, and ongoing relationship tracking.
  • Coordinate partner priorities, requirements, and feedback loops.
  • Define, plan, and execute Agentic Trust proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Establish success criteria, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each POC.
  • Ensure technical, product, and business stakeholders are aligned throughout execution.
  • Maintain a centralized view of all active and planned POCs.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, blockers, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates.
  • Document findings, lessons learned, and best practices from partner engagements and POCs.
  • Translate pilot outcomes into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
  • Build repeatable playbooks for future deployments and partner integrations.
  • Establish and continuously improve the Agentic Trust partnership and innovation operating framework.
  • Create scalable processes for intake, governance, prioritization, execution, and reporting.
  • Define metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and adoption readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to transition successful POCs into broader commercialization efforts.
  • Partner with GTM teams to validate market demand, use cases, and customer value propositions.
  • Support reference architectures, customer stories, and adoption materials.
  • Proactively identify technical, operational, partner, and regulatory risks.
  • Track and manage dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans to maintain program momentum.
  • Assess future resource needs to support Agentic Trust growth.
  • Prioritize investments across partnerships, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, budgeting, and organizational scaling decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic product management, product development, or business development in financial services and/or bankcard industry preferred.
  • Experience with AI and/or Machine Learning.
  • Experience in creating product strategies, roadmaps, pricing and product positioning.
  • Background in product management and experience with product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership, product expertise, strong project management skills in the integration of technology into new products.
  • Demonstrated success in Product Management and Product Development life cycles delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams.
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on user value and business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with technology team, marketing, regional support, and other stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently and operates with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed.
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach.
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
