About the Role
In this role, you’ll play an important part behind the scenes—helping ensure vehicles are ready, available, and in the right place for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Inventory vehicles across airport rental lots.
- Enter vehicle status and other information into a mobile handheld device.
- Ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customers to rent.
- Coordinate vehicle movement as needed.
- Assist customers when questions arise.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Enjoyment of working outdoors and staying active
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Regular, on-site presence required
- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
